The Accounting Associate plays a critical role in supporting the daily financial operations of a fast-growing, family-owned business. This position is responsible for delivering full-cycle accounts payable tasks, performing company bank and credit card reconciliations, and auditing location-specific daily sales and deposit transactions.

What’sIn It For You ?
- $24 - $27 per hour, based on experience.
- This is a Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m.
- 3:30 p.m. schedule with some flexibility on start and end times. - Medical, Dental and Vision benefits available upon hire.

What We’re Looking For
- Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Entry-level to two years of accounting or finance experience; prior accounts payable experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Office 365, and Excel.
- Experience with Sage Intacct and corporate expense tools like Ramp is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a deadline driven, detail-oriented environment.
