As a Financial Systems Support Specialist, you will be the lifeline for the business offices of school districts throughout the state. In your role, you can expect the following:
- Your day will be busy supporting our clients. Every interaction is an exciting challenge including finance system software questions, advising on how to utilize these systems to their fullest, troubleshooting systems issues that may occur and interfacing with software vendors.
- You will be the subject matter expert on the financial systems used by the school districts to perform payroll, budgeting, accounting and other financial activities vital to the operations of the schools.
- You will use your technical aptitude and accounting/finance knowledge to help others by providing support that keep our schools up and running.

- College Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field with 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting related function such as Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, Budgeting and/or Financial Analysis or related. Candidates with equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Strong computer literacy with ability to learn new systems
- Experience with Wincap and/or nVision a plus
- Any experience working in government or educational business offices or accounting ideal but not required
- Passion to help others, great customer service skills and a personal drive for continuous learning and a desire to develop your skills
