The Senior Accountant will serve in a unique, highly visible role as a global accounting contact, partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional accounting teams worldwide. This position offers significant exposure across the organization and plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, consistency, and alignment on a global scale. In addition to core accounting responsibilities, this individual will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, process improvements, and large-scale projects that directly impact the business.

Key Responsibilities- Serve as the global point of contact for accounting processes, procedures, and strategic initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment across all locations.
- Active role with future acquisitions to ensure proper integration
- Monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support and work closely with Accounting department on financials, intercompany transactions, and ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Review and analyze operating expenses and identify process improvement opportunities
- Lead the implementation of process enhancements and system improvements within assigned areas of responsibility.
- Support internal and external audit activities by preparing documentation and coordinating requests.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and executive leadership to drive business objectives and support continued growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong ERP and Excel skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
