Duties To Be Performed- Clerical support to Administration and other departments.
- Answering a multi‑phone line system, greeting/directing guests as well as responding to inquiries appropriately and timely.
- Assisting with high‑levels of correspondence in a fast‑paced environment.
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of clerical experience in a health‑related field preferred
- Excellent phone decorum with clear verbal and written communication
- High customer engagement
- Strong computer skills
- Being able to work as part of a team
- Senior Living experience a plus!
Pay Range: $16.70 – $20.36
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
