Work Schedule: This role has hybrid flexibility, allowing 1 remote day per week based on business needs.

Compensation: $27.47 - $35.00 per hour

This is a full-time position with actual scheduled working hours of 35 hours per week.

We are currently seeking an Experienced Legal Secretary to join our firm.

The Role:

You will provide legal administrative support across various practice groups in a team-oriented environment including:

  • Assisting attorneys and staff with general secretarial support
  • Communicating with clients
  • Upkeep of client records and filing
Skills Needed for Success:
  • Solid MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
  • Confidence and ability to support multiple billing professionals
  • Strong communication
  • Time management
  • Strong organizational ability
  • Self-motivated
  • Multi-tasking while maintaining a busy workload
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Produce large volumes of accurate work in a busy setting
Required:
  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of legal secretarial experience
  • Litigation experience
