Job Duties:

• Assist the office with tracking fiscal program applications, claims, and supporting documentation submitted by schools, reviewing them for completeness and accuracy based on a provided set of guidelines
• Make recommendations to office leadership for the approval/disapproval of fiscal program applications/claims submitted for reimbursement payments, when applicable
• Assist in the preparation of documentation needed for contracts, contract amendments, office processes/protocols

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 1 3 years of experience preferred.

• Work Hours:
  
  Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
• There is street parking and nearby paid parking lots.
• CDTA bus line are in Close proximity to the worksite location.
• Interview will be conducted in person or virtually based on the availability.
• Training:
  Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
