Responsibilities
- Provides significant administrative support to the Associate Dean for Student Affairs.
- Offload administrative tasks (schedule assistance, intranet maintenance, meeting minutes, etc.) from Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs.
- Provide administrative support for required courses typically handled by course coordinators.
- Coordinates scheduling of College Rooms for the entire institution and supports parties who utilize that space.
- Purchases and maintains office supplies.
- Work with IT, facilities, and others to meet the needs of the Commons workspace.
- Orders scrubs and white coats for students and maintains access to the Scrub Ex machine.
- Fields questions, concerns, and facilitates meetings for everyone in the Commons (weekly huddle).
- Monitors and maintains the commons email, the academic affairs email, and the college rooms email.
- Provides administrative support for the student health reimbursement program.
- Provides substantial support to plan and execute College events, such as White Coat Ceremony, Match, Awards Day, and Commencement.
- Performs data entry for student affairs cost centers.
- Central tracking of student attendance at mandatory educational sessions.
- Scheduling assistance.
- Faculty database maintenance and Faculty Affairs website maintenance.
- Assist with session scheduling.
- Course requirements tracking.
- Sakai maintenance.
- Maintain accurate course rosters.
