Office Administrator/ Receptionist

Albany, NY

Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for an Office Administrator/ Receptionist for our client located in the Albany, NY area. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity offering competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, personable, and skilled in managing front office responsibilities in a professional setting. The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk on a daily basis and performing a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Direct visitors to appropriate personnel and conference rooms
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls on a multi-line system
  • Provide general information about the office and services
  • Make coffee and set out food for meetings
  • Validate parking tickets and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area and conference rooms
  • Manage conference room scheduling and calendars
  • Assist with clerical duties including mailing, filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
  • Support departments with special projects and administrative tasks
  • Maintain office security protocols and visitor logs
Qualifications and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a receptionist or front office role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented with accurate data entry abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Practice Master (PM) and Net Documents is a plus
  • Ability to lift files weighing up to 20 lbs
Salary Range

$19.00-$22.00/hr – based on candidate skillset and prior experience
