Opensity Solutions is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Office Services Associate – Mail to join our team in New York, NY. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and has experience supporting mailroom, print, and office service operations while delivering exceptional client service.

Location:

New York, NY 10020

Pay rate: $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PMMonday – Thursday: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PMDays off :
Friday/Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail accurately and efficiently

Conduct scheduled internal mail runs and ensure timely delivery to departments

Operate postage equipment and prepare specialized outgoing mail, including certified and registered mail Maintain mailroom inventory and coordinate supply ordering

Provide print and copy support including binding, hole punching, stapling, quality control, and basic copier maintenance

Serve as a primary liaison between the client and Forrest Solutions, ensuring outstanding customer service and communication

Maintain a professional, organized, and client-focused workspace

Respond promptly to client requests, inquiries, and operational needs

Participate in leadership discussions and communicate operational updates effectively

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

Minimum of 1 year of mailroom, office services, or related experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Professional demeanor with a strong client-service mindset

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
