Front Desk Receptionist

Do you love working with kids and families? Are you friendly, organized, and great at multitasking? Our fun, fast-paced gymnastics facility for children is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist (part time) to be the welcoming face of our gym!

Schedule: Mondays - Fridays: 3:00-7:00pm

Pay range: $18-$25 depending on experience

• Greet children and parents with a positive, upbeat attitude
• Check students in and out for classes, camps, and parties
• Answer phones, emails, and questions about programs and schedules
• Process registrations, payments, and basic account updates
• Assist with birthday parties and special events as needed
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and professional
• Communicate clearly with coaches and management

• Friendly, reliable, and customer-service focused
• Comfortable working with kids and families
• Strong communication and basic computer skills
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Available for afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends
• Previous front desk, childcare, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
