* Provide administrative coordination to ensure projects under the unit proceed in a timely and efficient manner

* Act as a liaison with various internal work groups to provide support with meeting scheduling and coordination to support Design and Construction (D&C) initiatives

* Support the preparation of reports and process flow charts using a variety of computer applications

* Support the gathering of information and addressing follow-up questions in result of D&C Bright Idea submissions from general employees

* Provide administrative assistance by preparing materials, building and maintaining meeting agendas, taking minutes, distributing meeting minutes, and following up for completion of action items for timely execution

* Assist in the development of continuous improvement initiatives

* Additional duties as assigned to support the Operational Improvement Unit

* 7 years of experience as a Secretary of Office Manager with a proficient knowledge of those office programs and procedures

* Ability to draft letters, prepare specialized meeting agendas, create spreadsheets, use new software for office use programs and create flow charts in Visio

* Organized and process oriented

* Reliable follow-through skills

* Excellent written communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort learning Vizio and MS Forms

* Clear and professional communicator

* Able to work effectively with diverse populations of people in a team setting yet able to work independently within established guidelines

* Experience supporting cross-functional teams

* Professional discretion when handling internal information
