Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Clerical
We're seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Mail Clerk to support daily office operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day, working independently, and taking pride in keeping things organized and moving efficiently.
- Receive, sort, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Process certified mail, overnight deliveries, and electronic package tracking
- Prepare mailings and operate mailing equipment
- Assist staff with shipping and mailing requests
- Maintain office supply inventory and distribute supplies
- Coordinate with vendors and delivery services
- Generate reports and maintain operational records
- Process requests and submit maintenance work orders
- Support office services and facilities operations
- Assist with records retention and special projects
- Provide basic troubleshooting for office equipment, including copiers and printers
- Assist with deliveries, office moves, and equipment installations
- Complete required training and support departmental initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of customer service experience
- Minimum two years of computer experience
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and perform physical work for three hours per day (including the ability to lift and move mail, packages, office supplies and equipment weighing 50 pounds)

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
