Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Auditor to support provider enrollment operations. This role is responsible for reviewing, enrolling, revalidating, and maintaining provider records while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The position requires reviewing documentation, validating information through various web-based resources, maintaining provider records, and meeting established production and quality standards.
NoteEmployees are requested to refrain from taking time off during the initial training period, including the first 90 days, to ensure successful onboarding and learning outcomes.
Responsibilities- Review provider applications and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Verify information using various web-based verification sources and licensing databases.
- Contact providers via secure portal, email, or phone to obtain missing or clarifying information.
- Enter, update, and maintain provider information in designated systems.
- Meet established production and quality standards.
- File, maintain, and upload documents in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state policies and procedures.
- Previous experience reviewing, verifying, and validating detailed or sensitive information using web-based verification sources is preferred.
- Data entry experience is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
