The Fountain Group is hiring for a prominent client in Albany, NY!

Location: Albany, NY

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Duration: 6 months w/ possible conversion

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment? We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to support corporate document retrievals, business filings, and customer requests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Process client requests for corporate document retrievals, filings, and business records.
  • Coordinate orders from initial request through completion while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients via phone and email to resolve questions, issues, and order updates.
  • Obtain certificates of status, conduct business name availability and status searches, and retrieve public record documents.
  • Prepare, review, submit, and track corporate filings, including
  • Articles of Incorporation/Organization
  • Amendments
  • DBA (Assumed Business Name) filings
  • Annual Reports
  • Name Reservations
  • Newspaper Publications
  • Work closely with internal team members to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain detailed records and provide outstanding customer service throughout the order process.
  • Assist with additional administrative and corporate service tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative, office support, customer service, legal assistant, corporate services, or document processing experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Reliable attendance and professionalism.
