DescriptionFull‑Time Administrative Liaison – Capital Region
Join our mission‑driven team at Community Hospice. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer‑focused Administrative Liaison to support our dedicated hospice team in the Capital Region. This full‑time position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient operation of our corporate office while supporting our mission of providing exceptional care and service to patients and families.
Responsibilities- Answer and manage multi‑line telephone systems
- Route calls and messages to field staff and appropriate departments
- Greet and assist visitors to the corporate office
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Manage incoming faxes and electronic communications
- Conduct chart audits and maintain accurate records
- Order and manage office supplies
- Perform data entry and database maintenance
- Assist with documentation required for regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments
- Utilize various computer applications and office software programs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of administrative or secretarial experience
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computer software and office systems
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Associate degree

Pay Range$20.20‑$30.30 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
