Duties Description
The Business Document Specialist duties in Corporations will include but are not limited to the following:
- Answers phone calls from the public using the VCC phone system and enters Call information into the CRM.
- Searches corporate documents and processes requests submitted by the public.
- Directs correspondence to the correct unit/recipient for response.
- Maintain guidance documents and notes for future reference.

Minimum Qualifications
There are no minimum education or experience requirements.
Additional CommentsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience working in a call center. Customer Service Experience. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (i.e.
- Outlook, Word, & Excel), Oracle Service Cloud (CRM) and web-based applications.

For new State employees appointed to graded positions, the annual salary is the hiring rate (beginning of the Salary Range) of the position. Promotion salaries are calculated by the NYS Office of the State Comptroller in accordance with NYS Civil Service Law, OSC Payroll rules and regulations and negotiated union contracts.
