Job Title
The Office of Criminal Justice Records (OCJR) is seeking multiple student assistants to support the Domestic Incident Reporting (DIR) unit and management team. The handling of these tasks will help the student gain professional skills while assisting OCJR with special projects.
Duties DescriptionThe Student Assistant will assist with duties including, but not limited to:
- Perform data-entry of domestic incident reports.
- Maintain the confidentiality of parties involved in domestic incidents.
- Review, organize and prepare documents for scanning.
- Scan domestic incident reports into the Datacap system.
- Work in the fix-up queue to correct domestic incident report batch structures.
Must be a current student enrolled in a matriculating degree program and have completed a minimum of one (1) year as a student at a degree-granting two or four-year college or university.

- Ability to work in team environment
- Ability to multi-task
