Office Administrator/ Coordinator
A Long-Term Care organization in the Albany, NY area is hiring a Staffing Coordinator.
Position Duties:Ensuring all shifts are fully staffed
Creating staff schedules and work rotations using staffing software
Tracking attendance and lateness
Monitoring open positions for recruitment
Managing timekeeper software
Handling phone calls and assisting callers
Processing emails and mail
Maintaining and updating databases
Positive attitude and pleasant personality
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
Experience with general office duties, including answering phones and handling departmental mail
Willingness to work with others and learn new tasks
Must be available to work weekends
