Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Job Overview
Executive Coordinator to support the CEO for the Eastern New York Region. Position is hybrid working 3–4 days per week in the office and the other days from home.
Responsibilities- Provide complex administrative support to senior leadership.
- Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
- Prepare and review reports, correspondence, memos, and high‑level presentations.
- Process financial gifts in Salesforce and generate related reporting.
- Analyze unit operating practices and recommend process improvements.
- Serve as an administrative liaison within and outside the organization.
- Administer projects involving operational issues and compile findings for management review.
- Participate as a department representative on cross‑functional project teams or serve as project manager for intra‑department projects.
- Provide functional supervision to clerical/administrative staff and support volunteers.
- Education:
High School diploma or equivalent (required). - Experience:
Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient at Microsoft Office and database applications; proficient typing; knowledge of organizational policies; ability to prepare complex documents; ability to work on a team. - Travel:
None or very little.
Hourly: $25–$27 (New York).
Physical RequirementsEmployee is regularly required to sit, use hands, speak, and hear; reach with hands and arms; occasionally stand, walk, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must lift up to 15 lb frequently and up to 30 lb occasionally. Work environment: moderate noise.
