Job Title
Pay Range: $21.00hr - $22.00hr
Requirement/Must Have- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform data entry of various documents into the Cenuity system.
- Ability to review associated documentation for accuracy and acceptability.
- Open and sort all incoming mail.
- Distribute mail to the appropriate units throughout the office.
- Assist staff with document retrieval requests.
- Check in opened mail three times each day.
- Keep a daily count of all mail received.
- Place processed mail into the appropriate distribution bins for routing to the assigned units.
- Maintain an organized and efficient mail processing area to ensure timely handling and delivery of all incoming correspondence.
- Search the corporate database, following search guidelines for documents submitted by customers and service companies and make a printout of each exact or similar record located.
