Foundation Associate

Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift

St. Peter's Health Partners Foundation is looking for an individual with excellent organization and communication skills to join the team in the full-time Foundation Associate role.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to the Foundation staff members. Daily tasks include the following:

• Responsible for the data regarding daily donations that support the Center for Philanthropy
• Validation and entry of all daily donations to include constituent, tribute, and revenue information
• Process and maintain acknowledgements for donations and tributes
• Maintain Primary Caregiver information as needed for tribute donations
• Coordinate with events team to support data processing for CFP events
• Copying, filing, organizing donation copies, batches and files
• Assist in CRM database cleanup efforts
• Assist donors and/or patients' families with donation-related inquiries
• Assist Manager with daily cash receipts and deposits
• Assist in other projects and duties on an as-needed basis

• HS diploma required. Associate's degree with 3 years of secretarial or related experience preferred
• Data entry, knowledge and use of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Blackbaud CRM ideal but not required

Pay Range: $18.50 - $24.66
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
