Location: City of Albany
The Student Assistant Internship supports the Integrated Eligibility System (IES) Operations team within the New York State Office of Information Technology Services in Albany. The role involves assisting with IT consultant procurement, processing task orders, maintaining documentation, coordinating onboarding activities, and providing administrative support to the resource management team. This is a temporary, full-time internship open to currently enrolled students or recent graduates.
Keyqualifications:
- Currently attending or accepted to a NY State college/university or be a NY resident attending college outside NY
- Completed minimum one year of academic credits at a degree-granting institution or be a currently enrolled or accepted graduate student
- Minimum 2.0 GPA
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, Access, Project, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- US citizen or foreign national authorized to work in the United States
