* The Medical Imaging team at Albany Memorial is searching for a professional, organized individual to join their team in a Per Diem Administrative Liaison Role! The Per Diem position is an as-needed basis with the current primary need being weekend day shift hours.

The Administrative Liaison provides administrative and secretarial support for the department, which involves handling of patient medical records and working within multiple computer systems. Daily tasks include:

+ Fielding phone calls from patient and provider offices

+ Obtaining outside imaging records

+ Sending internal imaging records to other sites

+ Other duties as assigned

* + Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, excel, graphics.

+

Experience with EMR systems preferred.

+ HS Diploma / GED Required

+ Ability to lift 20 lbs.

Pay range: $20.20-$30.30

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
