SENIOR ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT – FULL TIME – COMMUNITY HOSPICE (Albany Office)

Daytime hours Sunday through Thursday, flexibility to work occasional Saturday.

The Community Hospice has a rewarding opportunity for a full time Senior administrative assistant to join our support team at our Albany Office located at 445 New Karner Road. This position works as part of a team supporting clinicians who admit patients to hospice services across 8 counties.

• data entry and use of computer software
• answering phones

• High School diploma required
• Associates degree preferred but not required
• Minimum of 3 years secretarial experience
• Strong customer service
• Computer skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable to change

Pay Range: $18.50 - $24.92 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
