Initiate automotive services and repairs by identifying vehicle performance problems and service requests;
Verify warranty and service contract coverage; develop estimates; write repair orders;
Serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensure needs are understood by both sides;
Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer payment including deductibles;
Prepare repair orders and enter into service database; communicate additional repair/service needs to customer; administer manufacturer warranty for qualifying repairs
