Data Management Analyst

OverviewRecruiting one position for the Court Research Data Team. A detail‑oriented professional will support data‑informed decision‑making across the court system, collaborating with stakeholders to assess data and reporting needs, evaluate feasibility, and develop effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze data and reporting requirements to determine scope, feasibility, and level of effort.
- Design and implement data solutions using SQL and reporting tools.
- Develop and maintain reports using SSRS and other tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and usability.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience writing complex queries.
- Hands‑on experience with SSRS or similar reporting tools.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Background in data governance, public policy, or government.
- Familiarity with AI applications in public sector environments.
