Required Experience

• Twelve (12) years of intensive, progressive experience in the relevant specialty area, including:
• Developing and/or managing business requirements and business processes to support the implementation of a Medicaid Provider Management module.

• Develop and document business and technical requirements for a Provider Management Module Request for Proposals (RFP).
• Assess current‑state provider business processes and translate them into future‑state processes and requirements.
• Conduct market research and produce insights on Provider Management systems, particularly those used in Medicaid programs nationwide.
• Draft key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable business outcomes to support module implementation and evaluation.
• Facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders to gather and incorporate feedback on requirements and RFP documentation.
• Assist in creating an implementation strategy and timeline for deploying a Provider Management Module.
• Develop bidder questions aligned with the RFP’s scope, requirements, and evaluation criteria.
• Produce high‑quality, grammatically accurate RFP content and related documentation.

• Develop data and business requirements documentation in alignment with established state‑specific processes and procedures.
• Create clear, concise, and professional presentation materials for leadership and stakeholder review.
• Read, interpret, and summarize policy into actionable, easy‑to‑understand requirements and guidance.
• Support stakeholder engagement efforts by preparing materials, participating in discussions, and capturing feedback.

This is a Contract position based out of Albany, NY.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $90.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in Albany, NY.
