PositionField Service Leader – Full Time
Pay: $22–$30 per hour (includes $18 hourly base and profit share)
As a Field Service Leader, we train you in all levels to be fast‑tracked from Customer Experience Leader to Certified Sales Leader to Senior Sales Leader to Operations
. You will oversee daily logistics, route planning, and scheduling to ensure excellent service delivery and manage our team of drivers and crew members. Your leadership is critical in maintaining high standards and achieving business goals.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: WOW customers with a positive attitude and outstanding service.
- Drive and Load Trucks Safely: Lead, train, and motivate a team of drivers and crew members on client sites to ensure efficient and safe truck operations.
- Handle Junk Removal: Perform heavy and light lifting to clear junk from residential and commercial locations.
- Manage Efficiency: Monitor and improve operational performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Represent Our Brand: Collaborate with marketing to drive local outreach and customer acquisition.
- Development: Participate in daily recorded role‑play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
- 1+ year in logistics, KPI’s, sales, dispatch, fleet, and/or management.
- 21+ years of age and a valid driver’s license (required for insurance purposes).
- Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work in our trucks as needed.
- Able to lift at least 75 lbs repeatedly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational software.
- Sales‑minded, confident closing on‑site sales, and maximizing job value.
- People‑focused, personable, positive, and service‑oriented.
- Reliable and coachable, shows up, contributes, and adapts.
- Strong communicator, clear, professional, and solution‑driven.
- Experience in delivery, warehouse, retail, hospitality, sales, customer service or general labor is a plus.
- Competitive payment structure (Hourly Pay + Profit Share + Performance‑Based Bonuses)
- Full‑time hours consisting of 4 weekday shifts + 1 weekend shift
