  • Gather, validate, and incorporate schedule inputs from 15+ workstream leads, proactively tracking status, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder commitments.
  • Monitor progress against deadlines, identify schedule variances, and elevate risks, bottlenecks, conflicts, and potential delays to project leadership.
  • Generate and present regular schedule reports, executive summaries, and visualizations to communicate project status, critical path items, and key schedule impacts.
  • Conduct schedule reviews and facilitate check‑in meetings with workstream leads to validate timelines and assess impacts from scope, dependency, or priority changes.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts, align on critical path activities, and support timely decision‑making across releases.
  • Support the adoption and enforcement of project management standards, templates, reporting processes, and established project controls.
  • Maintain clear written communication so project team members and stakeholders remain informed of schedule updates, risks, required actions, and upcoming deadlines.
Mandatory Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience building, updating, and maintaining complex master schedules with interdependent tasks and multiple releases or waves.
  • PMP certification.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience analyzing project schedules, identifying inconsistencies, tracking dependencies, and flagging potential risks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate, gather information, and synthesize status updates from 15+ workstream leads.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate project updates and technical details into clear visuals, summary reports, and executive‑level updates.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track status across multiple deadlines, releases, dependencies, and stakeholder commitments.
  • Proactive communication style with the ability to keep project leads informed and elevate risks, delays, or issues in a timely manner.
  • Self‑directed and able to work independently, prioritize competing demands, manage ambiguity, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and driving accountability for timely delivery.
  • Prior experience supporting Medicaid, Integrated Eligibility, or other health and human services transformation projects.
Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience anticipating schedule risks, including bottlenecks, resource gaps, critical path issues, and go‑live readiness impacts.
  • Comfort facilitating schedule workshops or check‑in meetings with client counterparts to explain schedule impacts and changes.
  • Ability to absorb new information quickly and adapt to evolving project requirements.
  • Experience with multi‑wave or phased project delivery models, including dependency tracking, release management, and go‑live readiness.
Educational & Certification Requirements
  • PMP certification is preferred but not required.
  • Equivalent project scheduling, project controls, or project management experience may be considered in lieu of certification.
