Business Analyst - Expert

Gather and analyze requirements, create diagrams, create user stories, create test cases

Mandatory

Qualifications:

• 1 - Bachelor level or higher education (provide transcript with Form 2 if yes)
• 2 - CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent BA credential/education (Provide valid current certificate with Form 2 if yes)
• 3 - 84 months of experience in requirements planning and management, elicitation, analysis, and communication
• 4 - 84 months of experience assisting in the translation of business requirements into design specifications
• 5 - 84 months of experience identifying and documenting existing business processes, creating various data and behavior models, process/flow models, and usage models to provide direction to application developers
• 6 - 84 months experience with internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including the development of presentations and other materials that promote the rethinking of core business processes and envisioning of a reengineered environment
• 7 - 12 months experience working on projects for the public sector/government (Answers to this question must specify entity and time served to qualify)
• 8 - 36 months experience with Grants Management systems (Must specify which systems on Form
  2)
