Member Engagement Manager

ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, is seeking a Member Engagement Manager to deepen relationships with our global community of manufacturers, distributors, service providers, and facility managers. In this member-focused, collaborative role, you will design and execute engagement and retention strategies, manage key member relationships, and coordinate communications that highlight ISSA's education, standards, advocacy, and events. You will analyze engagement data, support member committees, and partner across teams to enhance benefits that advance cleaning, health, and hygiene worldwide, while thriving in a mission-driven, association-based environment.
