The Senior Analyst position at TDG is an opportunity for junior team members who are highly capable and ambitious to advance their careers in the Life Sciences industry and strategy consulting. Analysts work on projects addressing reimbursement, pricing, demand creation, health policy, health economics and market strategy needs of clients. Analysts support all levels of consulting projects and business development work including:
- Market research (primary and secondary)
- Data analysis
- Report and presentation development
- Strategy assessment and commercial insight
- And other duties as assigned
Our ideal candidate has:
- A science or science-related degree from a top-tier university
- 1-3 years of experience in Life Sciences Consulting
- Market Access Consulting is a plus
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative attitude
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Strong skills in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong communication and analytical skills

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $130,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on skills, training, experience, education, and applicable licensure or certifications. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and benefits, successful candidates are eligible for a discretionary bonus.
