The Rev Ops Business Partner for Sage Intacct Advisory (SIA) will support the VP of VAR NCA Sales and the Senior Director of SIA. You will be the day-to-day Rev Ops thought partner for Sales leadership, while also coordinating closely with marketing, finance, customer success, product, enablement, data, and systems teams. The role requires the ability to translate executive priorities into clear operating mechanisms, manage tradeoffs across stakeholders, and keep the business focused on the highest-impact opportunities.
Success requires being a trusted strategic partner to senior GTM leaders while also being willing to get hands-on in the data, tools, and operating details that make the business run.
Responsibilities- You will lead revenue, headcount, capacity, and quota modeling for budget and forecast cycles, partnering with GTM leadership and finance to ensure assumptions, targets, and investment decisions are aligned.
- You will be a key player in developing and implementing both in-house AI tools (built in conjunction with our data team), and selecting external vendors.
- You will be a key stakeholder in the uplevelling of our existing CRM / reporting framework and will drive this project from a Rev Ops perspective.
- You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
- You will oversee the management and optimization of sales tech stack (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms, analytics tools).
- You will work closely with marketing, customer success, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment across all revenue-generating activities and initiatives.
- You will develop and execute a comprehensive Rev Ops strategy that supports our SIA motion and aligns with the overall business objectives.
- You will support sales leadership in designing and administering incentive compensation plans that drive desired sales behaviors and outcomes.
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on expertise in CRM platforms and GTM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hub Spot, Clari, Outreach, Salesloft).
- Proficient in BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for pipeline analytics, forecast accuracy, and KPI tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with senior leaders in sales, marketing, customer success, and finance.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated use of AI to drive efficiency in forecasting, analytics, pipeline management, or other GTM operating processes.
- CRM implementation experience (or similar system work) as we look to up-level the existing GTM infrastructure in this area.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end SaaS GTM funnel; including marketing attribution, lead handoff, sales cycle velocity, and post-sale motions.
- Proven track record of designing and executing operational improvements that led to measurable business impact.
