Keyqualifications:
- Six years of professional experience in gas, water, or electric industry activities such as transmission, distribution, policy formation, rate design, or competitive energy markets
- Associate degree may substitute for two years of experience; bachelor's degree for four years; master's degree for five years; J.D. for six years
- Current New York State employee with one year or more of permanent, competitive, or 55-b/c service in a qualifying title may transfer
