We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Representative to join our team at Crisafulli Bros. Plumbing & Heating Contractors, Inc. This role is essential in help manage our procurement processes and ensuring that we maintain optimal inventory levels while supporting our commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with technicians to obtain required packing slips and documentation
• Create purchase orders and assist with purchasing processes
• Manage incoming calls and communicate professionally with customers and vendors
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
• Support the Controller with administrative and operational tasks

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid Driver's License
