Position Type:
Full-time, Direct Hire, 100% in-office
- Oversee the development of designs for residential homes.
- Ensure a thorough structural analysis.
- Production and review of construction drawings.
- Assist in cost estimation by way of partial working drawings.
- Ensure drawings are in compliance with all building codes and practices.
- Ensure processing of permit applications.
- Ensure files are thoroughly organized.
- Minimum of 5 years of single-family residential project experience.
- Must have experience with Revit, Microsoft Office, and Javelin.
- Experience with the construction of detached single family residentials.
- Experience as a superintendent, builder, or project manager is preferred.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- Working knowledge New York State codes and guidelines.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
