We’re partnering with a fast-growing civil construction contractor specializing in site infrastructure, utilities, DOT, and bridge support work
. This is a hands-on, non-corporate team that values experience, ownership, and results.
Lead civil projects from pre-construction through closeout in a primarily office-based environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Support bidding, estimating, and pre-construction efforts
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Utilize tools like Procore and MS Project
- Drive decisions and resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Experience with site infrastructure, utilities, DOT, and bridge support work
- Strong experience in civil construction (field, office, or both)
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project
, or similar tools - Experience with pre-construction and bid support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- No degree required — experience matters most
