A well-established high-end residential design-build firm in the Northeast is looking to add a Project Planner to its team as part of its continued long-term growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the planning and coordination side of construction — helping organize projects before they move into the field, managing details behind the scenes, and working closely with both clients and internal teams throughout the preconstruction process.

Projects are highly customized and handled with a collaborative team approach from start to finish.
Responsibilities- Help guide projects through preconstruction and planning phases
- Coordinate with homeowners, architects, designers, and project teams
- Assist with budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and scope development
- Review plans, specifications, and project details
- Keep projects organized and moving forward before construction begins
- Support a smooth transition from planning into construction
- Background in residential construction, remodeling, architecture, design-build, or preconstruction
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
- Professional presence with clients and team members
- Someone who enjoys collaboration and problem-solving
- High-end residential experience is a plus
- Strong pipeline of high-end residential projects
