Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Job Summary
We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative Construction Project Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects run on time and within budget. Based at our client’s sites in the Albany area, you will report directly to the Sr. Project Manager and work alongside other project team members focusing on projects from conception to closeout.
Responsibilities- Manage various projects using established controls and procedures, providing job site leadership in scheduling, safety, quality, and coordination with designers.
- Maintain full working knowledge of change order and cost review processes, including review and approval of contractor payment applications.
- Effectively multi‑task, communicate, and tackle complex project challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
- Coordinate with the Global Integrated Delivery (GID) teams to maximize design, digital technology, and support capabilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction across multiple phases with project values above $5 million.
- Related education, college credit, or professional certification may be accepted as partial fulfillment of experience.
- Strong working knowledge of pre‑design and pre‑construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems and technology, team building, and client relationship building.
- Ability to manage 4‑5 projects simultaneously using established controls and procedures.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Access to secure facilities and a background check required.
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification.
- Additional related education or professional certification may be accepted as partial fulfillment of experience at the director’s discretion.
