For more than 150 years, Pike Construction Services has built a reputation for delivering quality construction while investing in the people who make it happen. We're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing Pike Facility Services (PFS) team in Albany NY.

• Manage multiple commercial construction and facility service projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop scopes of work from site walks, prepare estimates, budgets, and project schedules.
• Lead project execution by coordinating subcontractors, vendors, superintendents, and self-perform crews.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Pike's quality standards.
• Build lasting client relationships while identifying opportunities for future work.
• Oversee project financials, contracts, documentation, and day-to-day operations.
• Drive collaboration across field and office teams to deliver exceptional results.

• Proven experience successfully managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and project management skills.
• Experience developing scopes of work and coordinating subcontractors and vendors.
• Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and project teams.
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong accountability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent construction industry experience.
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience (additional industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through completion.
• Experience with cost estimating, budgeting, and construction contracts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Experience with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling is preferred.
• Experience with renovation, facility services, self-perform work, or small works projects is highly desirable.

Pike Construction Services offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, 401(k), paid holidays and vacation, tuition reimbursement, career development opportunities, and a safety-focused, team-oriented culture.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000–$130,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including experience, qualifications, education, geographic location, and overall fit for the role. Exceptional candidates whose experience exceeds the qualifications outlined may be considered for compensation outside of the posted range.
