Superintendent Responsibilities

The Superintendent is responsible for field operations in assigned areas or aspects of the project, ensuring the work is performed safely, timely, profitably, and ethically, in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule. He/she directly supervises field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents.

• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction or Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years prior relevant experience.
• Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.

Salary low: USD $/Yr.

Salary high: USD $/Yr.
