Construction Contract Manager

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000+ (DOE) + Medical Benefits + 401(k) + PTO + Stability

This includes underground utilities, civil/site work and shoring and excavations. Your responsibilities will include managing contracts through their lifecycle, ensuring bids and proposals comply with regulatory obligations and standards, and managing bid bonds and insurance requirements through project closeout.
