Designer, Graphic Designer, Digital Media ​/ Production

We are seeking a talented and versatile Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, as well as experience with Word Press and Squarespace. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling designs across various platforms.

As a member of the team, you’ll be involved with the Accounts team to propose and deliver ideas from concept to execution.

This position would be on-site at our Albany, NY office.

Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website layouts, and promotional content.

• Work with Accounts team to ensue timely delivery of design projects in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines and objectives.

Manage and update website content using Word Press and Squarespace, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience.

Prepare and finalize files for print production, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to specifications.

Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Experience with website design and content management using Word Press and Squarespace.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and articulate design concepts.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
