Key qualifications:- 2–4 years of experience in digital communications, advocacy campaigns, or related fields
- Strong proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure
- Strong passion for government and politics with understanding of the electoral process
- Excellent communication, organizational, and proactive skills
