Direct incoming and in-house calls through transfers, paging, conference calls, overhead paging, and faxing;
Initiate appropriate paging and contacting personnel during emergencies;
Process and triage customer calls in a clear voice using good English;
Maintain daily operations on-call schedules and switchboard related functions
