Unifi Services - - Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with a friendly welcome and support through arrival and check-in, including passengers with special needs;
Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding, baggage service, reservations, and related complaints;
Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine;
Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery;
Push wheelchairs with passengers through all areas of the airport and adhere to safety procedures
