Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support healthcare providers by responding to inquiries related to claims, eligibility, and online tools, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

+ Respond to inbound and outbound calls from healthcare providers regarding:

+ Claims processing

+ Eligibility inquiries

+ Web-based self-service tools

+ Technical issues and applications

+ Accurately record, track, and monitor all call interactions using CRM/call tracking systems

+ Manage open tickets, ensuring proper follow-up, assignment, and escalation as needed

+ Assist providers in navigating online business applications

+ Process customer requests using various tools, including:

+ Desktop faxing

+ Web self-help tools

+ IVR systems

+ Return calls, send documentation, and handle communication requests under supervision

+ Follow established scripts, procedures, and training materials to ensure consistency and compliance

Experience &

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center, retail, or similar)

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment

+ Experience in healthcare, insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, or enrollment is a plus

+ Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
