Customer Service Representative- HYBRID

TEKsystems is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives to support a client based in Albany, NY. The position offers a hybrid schedule and upward career mobility.

• Handle inbound calls in a call center environment while working between multiple computer monitors.
• Update customer information in the company database.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.

• Recent customer service experience preferred (call center or retail).
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication skills.

• Contract to Hire position based in Albany, NY.
• Hybrid schedule.
• Hours:
  
  9:15 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
• Pay: $18.00 /hr.
