Ensure fast, friendly, and efficient customer service at the Front End and Customer Service areas;
Oversee the Front End operation including customer service desk, register checkouts, vestibule, parking lot/sidewalk, break-rooms, bathrooms, and bottle return areas;
Assist the Store Manager with budgeting and financial goals of the Front End area (payroll, wrap, over/shorts, cashier training, and miscellaneous office incomes);
Ensure proper training, scheduling, and supervision of Front End, Office, Customer Service, and Bottle associates;
Maintain a safe environment and ensure sanitation and policy compliance across Front End and related areas
