Customer Service Rep, Call Center / Support
As a Member Services Representative, you’ll be the trusted voice that members rely on during roadside emergencies and travel related inquiries. Whether it’s assisting with a flat tire or helping plan a trip, you’ll turn stressful situations into positive experiences with your professionalism and care.
This position has the Shift time of 3PM
-11PM.
- Respond to incoming calls from members needing emergency roadside assistance or membership support.
- Provide guidance on travel‑related services, including trip routing, accommodations, and general inquiries.
- Educate members on their plan features, perks, and how to maximize their membership benefits.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately, especially during high‑stress situations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Problem‑solving skills and the ability to think quickly in dynamic situations.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Rate of Pay: $19-$20 per hour
Shift Details:
Onsite Monday - Friday from 3PM
-11PM
